职位描述

Manage export orders utilizing our internal vendor resource zone website. Using good communication skills maintain strong and professional supplier relationships.
1. Maintain Big Game International Import Open Order Report;
2. Work with the vendors on direct or indirect export orders to make sure on time (or as needed) delivery;
3. Communicate with purchasing team to identify the expedite need and adjust the production plan with factories;
4. Work with Export and Production Manager to evaluate expedite plan;
5. Work with Forwarders on booking confirmation and coordination;
6. Monitor the Vendor Resource Zone activities and work with factory to comply with the VRZ requirement;
7. Work with Export and Production Manager on VRZ new feature release; Train vendors on the new features and make sure smooth transitions;
8. Reporting responsibilities
9. Monitor factory capacity against open orders. Communicate any issues with on time shipments due to capacity the Export Manager.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
• College degree required, 4 year college degree preferred
• 3-4 year experience in export business, familiar with manufacturing environment
• Detail oriented
• Time management skills
• Dependability
• Positive team player attitude
• Good data and business analytical skills
• English: good for day to day email exchange with head office
• Computer skills: Excel, Word, PPT; Access a plus
