Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the voice of the customer and champion for the customer WeChat experience.
• Work closely with the business to understand requirements and help translate into technical requirements and user stories.
• Work closely with the engineering team to test all changes and ensure high quality releases.
• Implement market trends and opportunities, product vision and product direction.
• Understand customer needs, gather product requirements and verify them through User Acceptance Testing
• Drive all aspects of the product lifecycle from concept, user testing, and execution.
• Partner with customer facing teams to address problems and opportunities.
• Partner with regional compliance, marketing, sales teams to understand all facets of WeChat experience.
• Work with designers and engineering teams to create amazing WeChat user experiences.
• Work with the product team to ensure end to end functionality meets initial expectations before a new feature is shipped.
• Conduct training sessions and launch activities as new features and processes are introduced.
• Address feature’s performance and functionality after launch and improve on them.
• Address KPIs and customer experience benchmarks.
Skills, Knowledge & Experience Required
• 3+ years of automation testing experience
• Ideally a good understanding of RESTful API architecture.
• Experience with SQL Server - TSQL
• 3+ years’ experience as Business Analyst, working closely with UX designers, or creating and testing customer facing products.
• Hands-on experience in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, definition of done and test scenarios.
• Strong understanding of what makes effective design.
• Ability to communicate ideas visually through mock-ups.
